Fall is a transitional season which can make us vulnerable to illness. With the current health, social and political challenges that are adding additional stress and tension to lives, there is an even greater need to take good care of ourselves. All of the classes at the Laurel Yoga Studio are restorative in nature and each of the three teachers has her unique way of strengthening the immune system and deepening a sense of well-being. All of the classes at the Laurel Yoga Studio are for this time available only online through Zoom. If you have not been doing classes through Zoom you will be pleasantly surprised at how effective they are. In addition, you have the ease of doing them in your own home.
