Sarah BaumertThis class series is designed for new students, students who are interested in going back to the basics of developmental movement patterns, and those who may be caring for an injury or recovering from a past injury. In these Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® classes, we will explore how to let go of old limiting patterns by exploring a different principle of moving in each class. We will use gentle movement and imagination practices to help create more ease and comfort in the body. This will be a non-judgemental, unintimidating space to create friends with your body (yourself), and will specifically focus on helping one move out of patterns of pain.
